Quality

Quality & our process

How we use HPP (high-pressure processing), freezing, and portion control to keep flavor consistent for multi-store beverage programs.

HPP (high-pressure processing)

HPP is a non-thermal method: high pressure without heat treatment helps inhibit microbes while retaining aroma, color, and fresh character more gently than heat-based processes.

  • Non-thermal — without heat treatment
  • Run on in-house equipment
  • HPP first, then freeze to lock freshness
  • Target storage −18°C or below
  • About 12 months shelf life

Cold chain & store ops

Frozen logistics

Products ship and store frozen. Keep the cold chain unbroken until use.

Portion control

One pack → one cup (portion-controlled) keeps recipes consistent across locations.

Less prep labor

No cutting fruit or complex prep for core drinks — pour, dilute, ice.

Selected lines have received the Superior Taste Award from the International Taste Institute (ITQI). Official star-rating language for CHA SPRESSO, HPP juices, and fruit tea packs: details on request.
